PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a working machine having a simple configuration and capable of improving operationality in an interlocking operation. SOLUTION: This controller 5 for the working machine is provided with hydraulic drive type first and second actuators 1a, 1b mounted on the working machine; hydraulic pumps 2a, 2b for supplying hydraulic fluid into the first and second actuators 1a, 1b; a first operation lever 3a and a second operation lever 3b operated by an operator to set each amount of operation of the first and second actuators 1a, 1b; a first grip sensor 4a provided on the first operation lever 3a to detect first grip for the first operation lever 3a; a second grip sensor 4b provided on the second operation lever 3b to detect second grip for the second operation lever 3b; and a controller 5 to control flow rate of hydraulic fluid to be supplied into the first and second actuators 1a, 1b in accordance with the relations of large or small grip between the first grip detected by the first grip sensor 4a and the second grip detected by the second grip sensor 4b.
