PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible floor surface structure and a set for execution of a floor plate which can prevent the float and sink variation of each reversible flooring. SOLUTION: A plurality of reversible floorings 3 are arranged in a predetermined area which is formed by a tatami adjuster 2. Then the side ends of a pair of adjacent reversible floorings are inserted to the space between the upper horizontal plate part 11b and the lower horizontal plate part 11c of a connecting member 11. The vertical plate part 12a of a support member is inserted to the space between the side of the reversible flooring and the tatami adjuster in a state that the undersurface of the horizontal plate part 12b of the support member 12 is brought into contact with the surface of the reversible flooring.
