PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof unit mounting structure which can prevent abrasion of a soundproof top board caused by traffic vibration etc. SOLUTION: The soundproof unit mounting structure is provided for mounting a soundproof unit 30 on a soundproof wall having a soundproof side wall 20 and the soundproof top board 22, arranged on a side portion of a track in a track extending direction, so as to cover an upper surface of the soundproof top board 22. The soundproof unit mounting structure is formed of: a support member having a support 24 erected along the soundproof side wall and a support beam 26 mounted on the support 24; a first holding member 60 mounted on the soundproof side wall 20 of the support member, and holding the sound proof side wall 20 of the soundproof unit 30; and a second holding member 70 mounted on a track side of the soundproof unit 30 mounted on the track side of the support beam, and holding the track side of the soundproof unit 30.
