Distal ends (50) of the ribs are arranged on a surface of the base (22) such that the distal ends of the ribs outside a central area of the surface (52) are distant from the surface (52) than the distal ends of the ribs which are laid in the central area of the surface (52). The ribs are provided with an inclination, and angle between the inclinations and the surface of the base lies between 30-60 degrees.
