A fastening cylinder (5) is fitted in a circular hole of a fastening plate such that the rotary part is held between the fastening plate and a circular plate (3). A section of safety parts is fitted in the fastening cylinder, where pressure is exerted on a tapered surface (7) of the cylinder (5) through an end of the section. An end of the cylinder (5) is bent radially outward based on elastic deformation for attaching the fastening plate to a support part (1) to prevent rotation of the fastening plate.</p>
