<p>The truck i.e. counterbalance fork-lift truck (1), has a recognizing unit to recognize roadway bumps e.g. pits, steps and edges, with significant extension in a driving direction of the truck, where the bumps are present lateral to the truck. The recognizing unit has a device including ultrasonic sensors (11a, 11b) for determining distances. The device has a sensor e.g. infrared sensor, for detecting electromagnetic waves. The recognizing unit is in effective connection with a signaling device for outputting acoustic, optical and/or haptic signals.</p> |
