[PROBLEMS] To provide a donepezil-containing skin adhesive preparation in which the production of a donepezil analogue in an adhesive layer is preven ted. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] One or more stabilizers are added to a don epezil-containing adhesive layer provided on at least one surface of a subst rate, wherein the one or more stabilizers are selected from the group consis ting of ascorbic acid or a metal salt or ester thereof, isoascorbic acid or a metal salt thereof, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or a metal salt thereo f, cysteine, acetylcysteine, 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 3-(2)-t-butyl-4-hydrox yanisole, 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol, pentaerythritol tetrakis[3-(3',5'-d i-t-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl)propionate], 3-mercapto-1,2-propanediol, tocopher ol acetate, rutin, quercetin, hydroquinone, a hydroxymethanesulfinate metal salt, a metabisulfite metal salt, a sulfite metal salt and a thiosulfate met al salt.
