<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently display image at a target position, for image displayed on a display screen. <P>SOLUTION: For a method of displaying the image, at the target position on the image displayed on the display screen, the method includes the steps of displaying the image where the target position is not displayed on the display screen; setting a second position point-symmetrical with a first position, specified on the image displayed on the display screen about the center of the display image, reducing the display magnification of the display image, based on the second position as a center, up to predetermined magnification with which the target position is still confirmed and displaying the reduced image; and enlarging the display image, based on the target position or a specified point nearby it as a center on the display image having been varied in magnification, up to a predetermined magnification and displaying the enlarged display image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
