PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial air gap type motor in which the bearing portion is not damaged even if a somewhat big force is applied in the direction perpendicular to the rotor output shaft and the lifetime is prolonged. SOLUTION: In the axial air gap type motor including substantially disc-shaped stator and two rotors arranged oppositely through a predetermined air gap on the same rotating shaft (rotor output shaft), the stator has a stator core consisting of a plurality of pole members to be coupled annularly, one bearing portion for securing the rotor output shaft is provided on the inside of the stator formed annularly, and the other bearing portion is provided on the rotor output shaft between the load to be connected on the outside of the rotor.
