PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency electric power combining unit called as a power switchable combining unit, which is suitable for a wireless relay device for high-frequency signals of a cellular phone and keeps the impedance of a transmission line so as to be constant even if signals inputted from a plurality of input terminals are combined in an arbitrary combination in the transmission line. SOLUTION: In a high frequency electric power combining or distributing unit, corresponding to each of a plurality of prespecified combining patterns such as two branch or three branch, a board 13 provided with the combining units U1' to U4' that are composed of combining transmission lines that impedances are prematched between connection terminals arranged at prespecified positions, a board 15 which has connectors C2, C6, C18, C23 and C9 that are input terminals IN1 to IN4 and an output terminal OUT, and a jumper line 14, and a base B' mounted with switches are layered and connected to one another through a bia 16. Thereby, impedances can be combined so as to be constant only by switching switches so as to connect the arbitrary input terminals IN1 to IN4 to the combining units U1' to U4'.
