PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particles for a display medium having enhanced fluidity by making two kinds of fine particles having particle diameters different from each other adhere or fix to surface layers of mother particles to enhance a mother particle surface coating ratio and reduce a mother particle surface exposure area. SOLUTION: An information display panel displays information such as an image by encapsulating at least one display medium comprising at least two kinds of particles and having optical reflectance and charge properties in a space between two substrates 1 and 2 and applying an electric field to the display medium to move the display medium. The particles for the display medium which constitute the display medium are composed of composite particles each obtained by making first and second fine particles to be the two kinds of fine particles having particle diameters different from each other adhere or fix to the surface layer of the mother particle and having >90.7% mother particle surface coating ratio.
