PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of performing accurate matching processing, even if tires or wheels are replaced, without the need for preparing templates for each car model in a technique that identifies the current direction of a tire, from the current photographic image of the tire by matching processing to the templates comprising a set of tire directions and photographed images.
