PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein since in attaching and detaching a sample inlet part, two power cable crimp terminals for supplying electric power must be attached to and detached from two screws and pipes for fixing the sample inlet part, working efficiency is low because a total of four attachings and detachings are performed, and contact failures are apt to occur, in the connection part of the power cable crimp terminals. SOLUTION: Two places for fixing the sample inlet part 3 to a mass spectrometer side are set as a flange section 6a and electrode 7b that serve as electric power supply sections from holding members 6 and 7 to the pipe 5, the holding members 6 and 7 are screwed with struts 15 and 16 for fixing the sample inlet part, previously fixed to a vacuum partition 14 on the device side, and the struts 15 and 16 are previously connected to the power cable crimp terminals 19 and 20. Attaching and detaching the sample inlet part 3 does not require attaching or detaching of the power cable crimp terminals 19 and 20, so that the sample inlet part 3 can be attached and detached by only attaching and detaching of two screws.
