PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel capable of effectively forming a dielectric of a panel and with an exhausted pipe stably attached, and its manufacturing method, as well as a dielectric composition for this. SOLUTION: The dielectric composition 20 of the plasma display panel is structured by containing inorganic fine particles 21 by 10 to 90 wt.%, and photosensitive organic silicide 22 by 10 to 90 wt.%.
