PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door panel structure enhanced in durability by preventing the generation of the deformation of a door panel by an excessive load such as excessive operation force of a door and the generation of damage to a door latch bracket and an actuator bracket accompanied by the deformation in a vehicle provided with a door device attached to the peripheral edge of an opening of a vehicle cab through a hinge and maintaining the opened/closed state of the opening. SOLUTION: The door panel structure is provided with a door inner panel 110 extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction; the actuator bracket 102 for mounting the door latch 100 arranged at a side opposite to a mounting part of the hinge 109 in the vehicle body longitudinal direction to a cabin side panel 110b of the door inner panel 110; and a reinforcement member 1 continued to the actuator bracket 102 and the door inner panel 110 and arranged so as to bridge a space toward a vertical wall 110a bent to the door outer panel side.
