PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dampening water by which tinting-free clear printing can be obtained in a presensitized plate in which the hydrophilically processed aluminum surface is employed as a non-image part, a thermal computer-to-plate plate, a silver salt computer-to-plate plate, a polyester-based silver salt computer-to-plate plate in which a gelatin layer is employed as a non-image part, and a silver master analog plate, and a dampening water concentrated composition for a lithographic printing plate which gives no influence to the image parts of the presensitized plate and of the thermal computer-to-plate plate. SOLUTION: This dampening water concentrated composition for the lithographic printing plate comprises polyoxyethylene polyoxybutylene block polymer, polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether and an alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether, and additionally, either one or both of propylene glycol and water-soluble polypropylene glycol.
