PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall prevention system of an automatic tool replacing device hardly generating a non-operating time caused by the lowering of a response speed of the system. SOLUTION: This automatic tool replacing device is constituted in a form to replace a first unit 1 with the other second unit 2 by moving an engaging tool 11 on the side of the first unit by supplying air to a separating port 10a or a connecting port 10b of a cylinder 10 provided on the first unit 1 and separating and connecting the second unit 2 from and to the first unit 1, and the device can supply air to the separating port 10a or to the connecting port 10b in such a state that outside electric power 3 switches a solenoid valve 6.
