PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple and inexpensive handle structure which directly holds a casing itself and transmits the force of an operator to the casing side, and consequently is easy to hold, easy to carry and enables smooth work to be performed without damaging fingers or the like. SOLUTION: The handle structure provided on a prescribed casing 1a is provided with a through-hole 2 for a handle perforated on the wall surface of the casing 1a and a cover member 3 disposed inside the casing for covering the through-hole 2. The inner circumference of the through-hole 2 is formed in a roundish shape. The cover member 3 is composed of vertically symmetrical and bilaterally symmetrical shape forming the recessed chamber 3b of a prescribed size and is attached to the wall surface inside the casing set aside the top and the bottom and the right and the left such that the through-hole 2 and the recessed chamber 3b can be communicated and the through-hole 2 and the inside of the casing are shut off. The cover member 3 is provided with fixing holes for attaching the cover member 3 to the casing 1a on right and left center edge parts, and the cover member 3 is offset upward relative to the through-hole 2 and attached.
