Invention herewith described has a novelty in, it represents how with a parallel connection over a transistor (1), the electrodes are filled. Condensers, while through the serial connection are emptied by a transistor (4), for a drive unit of electromotor with electric taxis. Moreover, it is described how by means of a relay (7) to fill in a parallel connection electrical condensers (6), and empty them by a relay (8), for a drive unit of electric motor with electric taxi. Moreover, it refers to the same principle when being charged or emptied, nickel metal hybrid accumulators of 337, 5 Ah.
