DFT DEVICE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

A DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) device and its control method are provided to process DFT input vectors of various resources while minimizing the amount of calculation of a multiplier by the size of DFTs. A stage memory(310) stores data of each user. An address calculator(320) designates the output of each data stored in the memory and generates cosine and sine coefficients. A cosine/sine signal generator(330) designates outputs of the cosine and sine coefficients. A multiplier(340) multiplies each data, which are outputted from the memory, and the cosine and sine coefficients designated by the cosine and sine signal generator. An adder(350) adds values multiplied by the multiplier. The address calculator designates the output order of the data stored in the memory according to an input address value, and outputs the data stored in the memory according to the designated order.
