A system for managing a position of articles in a ubiquitous environment is provided to facilitate management of manufactured products in a field and check the position of the article by assigning RFID tag information to the article or the product, and checking the position of the tag based on GPS information. An RFID/GPS linking system(100) collects ID/position information of the article to a database. An RFID registration/management system(200) manages and registers detail information of the collected ID information of the articles to the database. A position monitoring system(300) displays article coordinates stored in the database to a map. If the RFID/GPS linking system collects and transmits the ID/position information to the database, the position monitoring system displays the position of the article to the map by using the received position information. If a point indicating the article is selected in the map, the RFID registration/management system displays the coordinates and the detail information of the article. |
