<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for accelerating tissue regeneration in an environment of presence of fibrin, such as wound, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This polypeptide is obtained by joining a polypeptide having fibrin-binding activity with a polypeptide having cell-growing activity, and has both of the fibrin-binding activity and cell-growing activity. The polypeptide is useful as a tissue-regenerating accelerator in the presence of the fibrin.
