<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably transmit/receive high definition image and high-speed data. <P>SOLUTION: In a rotary cylinder part 3, an optically transmitting optical waveguide 19 projectingly molded in both cylindrical ends is arranged in a manner that the center axis of this tube and the rotary shaft of the rotary cylinder part 3 coincide with each other, as is a light emitting element 13 or a light receiving element 16 in a manner that one end of the optical waveguide 19 coincides with the center axis and the optical axis of the element. In a fixed cylinder part 2, in the other end side of the optical waveguide 19 fixed to the rotary cylinder part 3, for the purpose of making a pair with the light emitting element 13 or the light receiving element 16 installed on one end, the light receiving element 16 or the light emitting element 13 are arranged close to the other end in a manner that the optical axis and the center axis of the elements coincide with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
