<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize floating of a slider by reducing force applied to a floating slider from a waveguide in a device in which a semiconductor laser as a light source is arranged outside the floating slider and the semiconductor laser and the floating slider are coupled by the waveguide. <P>SOLUTION: The waveguide 8 coupled to the semiconductor laser is fixed to a movable part arranged on the floating slider 5. The movable part moves in parallel to a traveling direction of light. A collimate lens 10 is arranged on the movable part, and light emitted from the waveguide 8 is made parallel.
