<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a frame of a vehicle floor by a fiber resin molded article not a metal by also utilizing a recession/projection shape of an outer covering panel as a frame structure, and to attain securing strength and rigidity and outstanding light weight of a vehicle while suppressing thickness. <P>SOLUTION: In the frame structure of the vehicle floor 6, a thick reinforcement member 30 having higher strength and rigidity than a floor panel 14 is arranged on a back surface of the thin floor panel formed with the recession/projection shape for enhancing the design, and the floor pane 14 is also used as the frame structure of the electric vehicle 1 by utilizing the height of section modulus by the recession/projection 22 of the floor panel 14. A clearance is provided between the projection part 23a of the recession/projection 23 formed on the floor panel 14 and the reinforcement member 30.
