PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measure for effectively reducing the content of impurities contained in an N-alkyl borazine, in which the difference of their boiling points is small. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a production process of an N-alkyl borazine including a step of synthesizing the N-alkyl borazine by allowing a boron hydride alkali represented by ABH<SB>4</SB>(wherein A is a lithium atom, a sodium atom, or a potassium atom) and an amine salt represented by (RNH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>n</SB>X (wherein R is an alkyl group, and X is a sulfate group or a halogen atom, and n is 1 or 2) to react in a reaction solvent. A solvent containing an organic material having a boiling point ranging±35°C of that of the N-alkyl borazine in an amount of≤500 mass ppm is used as the reaction solvent.
