PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium utilizing magnetic domain wall motion. SOLUTION: The information recording medium comprises a first magnetic layer having a plurality of magnetic domains, a second magnetic layer formed on the first magnetic layer, a first coupling layer formed between the first and second magnetic layers, and resistive magnetic layers formed between the first magnetic layer, second magnetic layer, and the first coupling layer.
