PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane belt capable of lowering the friction coefficient of a surface by the addition of lubricant to polyurethane resin and preventing the outflow of the lubricant to a conveyance surface, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyurethane belt 1 is provided with a belt body layer 2 and a core wire 3 embedded in the belt body layer 2, and the inner face side of the belt body layer 2 has a guide part 4. The belt body layer 2 has two layers, an inner face layer 5 provided with the guide part 4 and an outer face layer 6, and the inner face layer 5 is made of thermoplastic polyurethane containing at least lubricant.
