PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible response with accuracy of a Doppler system such as a dual-frequency CW system. SOLUTION: A dual-frequency CW radar 1 measures relative speed Vh and a distance Lh between itself and a measuring object 3 by using short-time sample data from a receiving signal Sr as measurement in a high-speed measuring mode, and outputs the result as a high-speed measurement result Sh. In parallel, the dual-frequency CW radar 1 measures relative speed V1 and a distance L1 between itself and the measuring object 3 by using long-time sample data from the receiving signal Sr as measurement in a low-speed measuring mode, and outputs the result as a low-speed measurement result S1. Resultantly, a processing operation device 2, for example, can use the high-speed measurement result Sh when executing high-response processing, and the low-speed measurement result S1 in other cases. For example, the processing operation device 2 can also correct the high-speed measurement result Sh by using the low-speed measurement result S1.
