PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit element loading module for accurately detecting connection resistance in a COG. SOLUTION: An IC chip 6 as the integrated circuit element is loaded by electrically connecting a terminal electrode to a connection terminal for a wire formed on an array substrate AR. Connection terminals 11A, 11B for wires on the array substrate AR are provided and effective resistance detecting terminals 13A, 13B for detecting connection resistance between the terminal electrodes 6A, 6B of the IC chip 6 connected to these connection terminals 11A, 11B are also provided for a pair of terminal electrodes 6A, 6B having identical potential and having been electrically connected in the IC chip 6.
