PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a painting palette for the visually impaired or the weak eye-sighted persons enabling them to fairly easily paint pictures by appropriately choosing to use the darker colors out of the white ground partitions and the lighter colors including white color out of the black ground partitions. SOLUTION: Within the painting palette, a plurality of black ground partitions of appropriate sizes and shapes are suitably prepared in addition to the white ground partitions. Each partition is so made to be easily identifiable by lining black ground partitions with white edges and white ground partitions with black edges. With those white ground partitions and the black ground partitions placed over the painting palette, and by appropriately choosing to use the darker colors out from the white ground partitions and the lighter colors including white color out from the black ground partitions, the visually impaired or the weak eye-sighted persons can easily proceed with the picture paintings.
