PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette butt collecting device capable of collecting cigarette butts, loaded from cigarette butt loading parts set at a plurality of positions, in a prescribed accumulation part, and capable of removing ashes attached to a conveyor for conveying the cigarette butts without adopting a consumable part such as a scraper and without requiring periodical cleaning. SOLUTION: In the cigarette butt collecting device, a pair of extension parts facing each other between winding members of the endless annular conveyor laid between a pair of the winding members are disposed on a rail. The rail includes a cigarette butt conveying rail part and a returning rail part. The conveyor is composed of a ring chain. At least one of the winding members is movable and energized, and at least one of the winding members has a winding part which is regular polygonal as seen from the top.
