The container (9) has an inward opening valve (14) that is assigned to a filling element (13) i.e. filling nozzle, where the valve is formed as a self-closing valve. The valve has a shiftable closure body (18) provided with a spring toward a closing position. The closure body is made of flexible material, where the closure body is designed as a diaphragm that is provided with holes which open during expansion. The diaphragm works as a valve flap. An independent claim is also included for a reducing agent arrangement.
