A nut (1) constructed from a nut body (2) having an axially extending female threaded section (5) and a flange (4) projecting outward from the side face of the female threaded section and from an electrically nonconductive resin ring-like member (3) for covering the outer periphery of the flange (4). The flange (4) has a circular disc-like flange body (41) and a seat surface forming section (42) extending downward from the lower face of the flange body (41), having a smaller diameter than the flange body section (41), and provided with a seat surface (43) made to be in pressure contact with a nut mounting portion. The resin ring-like member (3) has an edge (31) located below the seat surface (43), outside the flange body (4), and also has an annular skirt (32) expanding in diameter toward the edge (31). When installed on the nut mounting portion, the annular skirt (32) deforms and forms an annular liquid-tight seal section relative to the nut mounting portion.
