<p>The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used in external fixation apparatus for spatially displacing bone fragments and for lengthening limbs using automatic and manual controls. The inventive system for controlling a transosseous apparatus comprises a set of mechanisms, which are required for a specific treatment and are used for transmitting motion by means of elements used for fixing to the transosseous apparatus, wherein each element is embodied in the form of at least one worm-and-worm gear arranged in a body and is provided with at least one electric drive which is electrically coupled to a control unit. Said invention extends the functionalities of transosseous apparatus, increases the control accuracy of the position of bone fragments, eases the performance of required manipulations and makes it possible to simultaneously and automatically carry out said manipulations.</p> |
