PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of prolonging the lifetime thereof by forming four main grooves extending in the tire circumferential direction on a tread part, improving the partial wear resistance of a center land row with a tire equatorial surface passing therethrough, and also improving the stone biting resistance of both main grooves on a center side of the tread part and the main grooves on a shoulder side. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, four main grooves extending the tire circumferential direction of center main grooves 20L, 20R and shoulder main grooves 22L, 22R are formed in a tread part 18. Thus, a center land row 30, second land rows 40L, 40R, and shoulder land rows 50L, 50R are formed in the tread part 18. The width of the four main grooves is in a range of 4-6% of each tread width TW, and both the depth of a lug groove 32 of the center land row 30 and the depth of lug grooves 42 of the second land rows 40L, 40R are smaller than the depth of the four main grooves.
