PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating structure for preventing malfunctions and destruction of an electronic circuit due to static electricity in electronic equipment, and to provide the electronic equipment that uses this structure. SOLUTION: The insulation structure of the electronic equipment includes an antenna substrate 3, which is held in between a rear housing 1 and a front housing 2 and is tightened together with both housings by a fixation bolt 6, and a main substrate 4 stored in both housings. The front housing 2 has a cylindrical rib 9, formed around a screw boss for the fixation bolt 6, and the antenna substrate 3 is fixed, with the rib 9 penetrating an opening formed at a predetermined position of the antenna substrate 3. The antenna substrate 3 and the main substrate 4 have mounting faces with connection terminals 7 and 8, formed on the side opposite from the screw head of the fixation bolt 6; an antenna metal fitting 5 is tightened and fixed, together with the antenna substrate 3; and the antenna substrate 3 and the main substrate 4 are electrically connected by the antenna metal fitting 5 that butts against the connection terminals 7 and 8 of these substrates.
