摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a display device with excellent display quality. SOLUTION: A process in which a first electrode 60 is formed per each pixel on a substrate, a process in which a photo-active layer 64 is formed by laminating a plurality of thin films by vapor deposition method on the first electrode 60, and a process in which a second electrode 66 is formed so that the photo-active layer 64 of each pixel is covered are provided. The process in which the photo-active layer 64 is formed includes a process in which a first thin film material is vapor-deposited per individual pixels via vapor-deposition masks and a light-emitting layer 64A is formed, a process in which a second thin film material is film-formed after the light-emitting layer 64A is formed, and a process in which the film-formed second thin film material is heated at the temperature of its melting point or more.
