PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which is capable of preventing the accumulation of toner by stirring the toner, without requiring an exclusive drive mechanism and with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In the cleaning device 6a configured in such a manner that a sweep roller (toner conveying roller) 24 is housed in a toner discharge path in a housing 21, a cylindrical spring-like member (rotating body) 27 which comes into contact with the sweep roller 24, to be driven rotated is rotatably arranged between the inwall of the housing 21 and the sweep roller 24.
