PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is superior in anti-electrostatic offset characteristics in a low-humidity environment and provides superior and stable images over a long period of time, even under a high-temperature environment. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a coloring agent, an inorganic powder material and a resin; wherein the weight-average particle size (D4) is 3-10μm; the ratio D4/D1 of the weight-average particle size (D4) to number average particle size (D1) is at least 1 and at most 1.8; the glass transition temperature is 30-65°C, and the average circularity is 0.950-0.999; and further, the resin contains a polycondensed polyester resin, and the polycondensed polyester resin is a resin which is formed in the presence of a specific titanium-containing catalyst.
