PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave arrival direction measurement device and its method, capable of measuring a radio wave arrival direction more accurately and in a relatively short time even with the same baseline length L. SOLUTION: A radio wave arrival direction measurement device 1 comprises: a plurality of antennas A1-A4; a plurality of arrival time measurement parts 11-1 to 11-4 installed corresponding to the respective antennas A1-A4 for measuring arrival times of radio waves in the corresponding antennas A in double integration circuits, a synchronous control part 12 for outputting a synchronizing signal to the respective double integration circuits so that the timings in which voltages integrated in the respective double integration circuits of the respective arrival time measurement parts 11-1 to 11-4 are changed to voltages of reverse polarity are changed in unison; and an arrival direction computing part 13 for determining the arrival direction of radio waves based on the respective arrival times measured in the respective arrival time measurement parts 11-1 to 11-4, wherein the respective arrival time measurement parts 11-1 to 11-4 sequentially perform integration of the double integration circuits by a plurality of time constants after the synchronizing signal has been inputted from the synchronous control part 12.
