PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating angle sensor and a throttle device preventing deterioration of the output characteristic of a magnetic detection element. SOLUTION: The rotating angle sensor includes the magnetic detection element 56 receiving a magnetic force applied by a magnet provided for a rotation side member to detect the rotating angle of the rotation side member, and a supporting member 70 protecting the sensing part 57 of the magnetic detection element 56. The magnetic detection element 56 and the supporting member 70 are integrated with a housing member 68 by insert molding.
