PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent form for concrete, using an economical member for the inner surface of a vessel for preventing corrosion, saving trouble in installation, and maintaining the durability of the inner surface of the vessel, and the back of a retaining wall over a long period of time whether it is newly built or repaired after completion of work. SOLUTION: This permanent form for concrete includes: a strap-like sheet member 1 made of synthetic resin; and a base 2 secured to a reinforcement bar 3, wherein a plurality of projections 10 fitted and locked in the recessed parts 20 of the base 2 are provided at predetermined spaces on the back of the sheet member 1.
