HETERONANOWIRE STRUCTURE HAVING TRUNK PART AND BRANCH-SHAPED PART, AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heteronanowire structure the application of which in an optoelectronics field is anticipated and which has a zinc sulfide nanowire in a branch-shaped part and a zinc phosphide nanoribbon in a trunk part, and to provide a method for producing the heteronanowire structure. SOLUTION: The mixture of zinc sulfide powder and indium phosphide powder is put in a graphite-made vessel and heated at 1,250±50°C for 50±20 minutes while making an inert gas flow in the graphite-made vessel to produce the zinc phosphide nanoribbon having the branch-shaped part of the zinc sulfide nanowire.
