PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of unreasonable bending in taking-out plywood without complicating a process and control, when taking out only the uppermost plywood in a large number of stacked plywood. SOLUTION: A main sucking body 119 is vertically movably and tiltably installed in the vicinity of both right and left ends of a horizontal frame for fixing a sucking device liftably suspended from a horizontal moving body 105 movable up to a front table of a processing machine above a roller conveyor 102 for preparing by stacking the large number of plywood. An auxiliary sucking body 123 is provided by installing a sucking surface 124 on the lower end of a bellows-shaped cylinder body to be suspended by a support metal fitting formed for respectively overhanging further outward from both ends of the horizontal frame 114.
