The plant has a vertical turbine axle, which is concurrent to a standpipe for a horizontally circulating turbine. The turbine axle passes torque, and the horizontally circulating turbine is adjusted individually or synchronously in a propeller form via a longitudinal axle. Each of turbine blades represents an even surface, where the turbine blades with its narrow side rotate in a direction flowing against the water. The turbine blades arrive into a discharge direction.
