The box (1) has a mechanism (2) for feeding a fibrous material suspension (3) at an appropriate layer (S1-S3) of the box. The mechanism includes transverse distribution pipes (5.1- 5.3) connected one behind the other, where the transverse distribution pipes keep the layer with the fibrous material suspension. The distribution pipes are connected with one another by a curved line part (6.1, 6.2). A control unit (8) for volume flow rate regulation is arranged in an area (7.1, 7.2) between the transverse distribution pipes in an area of the line part.
