A cable coaming device is provided to enable workers to perform waterproof and airtight operations and to shorten a time required for a work. A cable coaming device includes a main member, airtight members(20), and a joint member. The main member is composed of a lower panel(12) and support panels(14) formed at both sides of the lower panel. The airtight members are stacked in the main member. The joint member is coupled to a top side of the main member. An electric wire(3) is coupled to the main member by extracting the electric wire between the airtight members and pressing the airtight members with the joint member. An inner part and an outer part of a distribution panel(1) are blocked.
