A key cylinder adapter for a door lock is provided to simplify assembly to a door since a hollow cover is integrated with the adapter body. A key cylinder adapter for a door lock includes a key cylinder container, a main body(10), and a hollow cover(14). The key cylinder container is formed on the main body and contains a key cylinder(100). A shaft container(12) is formed on the main body. Heads(21) of an angled shaft(20) include a coupling member(30) to be coupled to the shaft container. The key cylinder and the angled shaft are connected with each other through the coupling member so that the angled shaft is switched by movement of the key cylinder. The hollow cover is formed in one body with the main body for having stable durability.
