[PROBLEMS] To provide a stable percutaneous absorption preparation for pe rcutaneous absorption of donepezil or hydrochloride salt thereof that even a t pasting, suppresses any drop of cohesion force of pressure sensitive adhes ive layer and that also suppresses any adhesive residue by cohesion failure at stripping off. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The percutaneous absorption p reparation is characterized by having a pressure sensitive adhesive layer co ntaining 2-[(1-benzyl-4-piperidinyl)methyl]-5,6-dimethoxyindan- 1-one and/or its hydrochloride salt and a metal chloride, the pressure sensitive adhesiv e layer being crosslinked.
